The venue is bright, spotless and the location is convenient and perfect very close to the actual restaurant, the waters edge and lots of walks to do and the boats and river. It has well-trained staff at all times. They have

It offers satisfactory breakfasts and has a great restaurant. A stunning and pleasant location, I would like to go back there again.

Bright hotel overall, is has fantastic service and stunning location in the restaurant which again had lots of choice. The breakfasts are very very good with lots of options.

All in all they offer fantastic service. It takes 10 mins to get to a bus station.

Nice room, extremely comfy bed and clean bathroom. Outstanding food served, like croissants, toast, fresh bread, cereal, and fresh fruit.

Satisfactory breakfast with a huge variety of food. Central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV in the room, stunning and pleasant location.

The rooms were modern and outstanding, equipped with a balcony and a couch. The balcony had chairs and tables. The view was excellent, the service was fantastic. Definitely, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient.  

Outstanding room, with a clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent views of the sunset all around. Stunning location for one night in Lowestoft. Positioned in the lovely area, very close to the river and the broads as well as bars. 

The room was spacious, and we had an excellent view of river. The service was fantastic, the food was reasonably priced.

The personnel was good offered me an incredibly comfortable room with a glorious view, lovely views plus bedroom. The service provided there was fantastic.

Got a nice size and warm room with magnificent views of the sunset and central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV set. Comfortable bed and fantastic service.
